Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives with damaged packaging, do not accept delivery and notify us immediately.

If any product arrives faulty or is not of acceptable quality you may be entitled to a refund or exchange subject to further assessment by our RMA team to determine a refund or replacement. Please contact our Customer Service Team through the ‘Contact Us’ form on our website. Return of goods and notification should be within 7 days of receiving the delivery.

We recommend that you choose your goods carefully before purchase. VBM will generally not provide you with a refund or exchange simply because you changed your mind or buy the wrong item and/or not what you expected.

We may need to assess the product if deemed to be faulty in order to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange or refund. If your goods are found not be faulty, you will be liable for return delivery costs or up to 20% restocking fee.

VBM Returns Policy does not exclude or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and other relevant laws.
