Shipping Policy

Delivery of Products

Allow up to 10 business days for delivery of your goods from the date your payment is received for an order. We will only deliver products to your nominated street address within Australia to locations where delivery services are provided. Shipping to post office box address will not be accepted. Delivery of your goods will be shipped via Australia Post or by various other courier companies.

Where products are shipped by courier services, we will provide you with the courier company details and consignment number. Time of delivery is to be organised with the courier company for delivery between 9am to 5pm unless special delivery instructions are specified at the time of placing the order.

A signature is required for deliveries and must be to a physical street address only (No PO Boxes)

Delays to delivery of your order are beyond our control and every effort will be made to rectify this situation if it arises in the event order is not received within the specified timeframe.

If packaging is damaged do not accept the delivery.

Title of the goods passes on to you upon receipt of the delivery.
